Contemporary glass and gold necklace. Handmade from durable borosilicate glass burnished with 24k gold leaf, the glass moves freely on a 14k goldfill chain. This is a minimal yet striking statement necklace, very light and easy to wear. It also can be used as a layering necklace with matching pieces. The necklace pictured is 9cm long, a smaller option of 7cm is also available in drop down menu.
Goldfill chain is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or jewellers brass. It is much higher quality than gold plate and should remain tarnish resistant with normal wear. To clean use warm water and a little mild soap and gently buff dry.
